The Women's Fund has spent the last year and a half reimagining our Employer Toolkit so that it can better support employers and their lower-wage employees. After receiving feedback from over 50 employers, we are excited to relaunch our resource to the business community on February 28 at the Christ Hospital’s Joint and Spine Center. Doors will open at 8 a.m. for a light breakfast, and the program will begin at 8:30 a.m.
Employers and Human Resource managers will learn how to attract, engage and retain their workforce. The Employer Toolkit will help you redesign your employee experience so you can increase the value of your frontline workforce.
The updated resource includes:
- More than 60 concrete recommendations that support the needs of workers and give employers a competitive advantage in retention, recruitment and engagement.
- A new policy search for employers to identify a short list of workplace policies specific to their organization’s challenges and composition.
- Additional resources to share employer insights on c-suite approval, change management and policy implementation.
